TERMS OF USE
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing airHMS web site and any pages thereof (hereinafter referred to as the 'airHMS', you agree to the following Terms of Use and Legal Information. All information, documents, products, trademarks, services and other material (including any software and links on airHMS) (hereafter referred to as 'Content'), available on airHMS are subject to these Terms of Use and Legal Information.
Booking
Every booking will be forwarded to the corresponding hotel via airHMS platform. Thus, an accommodation contract comes into effect, via mouse click, when making a booking. You will receive a customer booking email confirming your booking. The procurement for the booking is free of charge for you. Bookings are not transferable to any other person and can not be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.
Accommodation Contract and Payment
The accommodation contract comes into effect immediately between you and the hotel of your choice, when making a booking. You pay the confirmed price directly in the hotel. Any claims and obligations out of the accommodation contract only exist between you and the hotel chosen by you.
Credit Card
The hotels featured on airHMS require credit card details to guarantee reservations. airHMS will send your credit card information directly to the hotel you made your booking at. In order to protect and encrypt your credit card information, airHMS uses the industry standard the 'Secure Socket Layer (SSL)' technology, the most secure technology available. airHMS does not make, accept or process any payments to or on behalf of the hotels. For certain restricted rates (promotions, discount rates, etc.) the hotels may require that payment is made upfront resulting in charging or pre-authorizing your credit card. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations have to be carried out via airHMS website. In case of a change or cancellation carried out directly at the hotel, airHMS cannot provide any information concerning possible discrepancies concerning the date of the cancellation or the fact of cancellation as such.

The Content of airHMS is the copyright property of Lifestyle Concepts Group Limited or its licensors. However, Lifestyle Concepts Group Limited does not own all trademarks which may be mentioned in the Content of airHMS. Any reproduction, republication or distribution of any of the Content of airHMS without the express written consent of Lifestyle Concepts Group Limited is prohibited.
airHMS may contain or make reference to trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyright, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of Unlisted Collection and/or other parties. In particular no license to or right in any of the trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyright, technologies, products processes or other proprietary rights of airHMS and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon you.
